The word “partnership” is a concept on which our Sales & Marketing Department is based. Our philosophy is that every customer is the partner of our Sales & Marketing Department. Their philosophy is that “the customer” is a “short term” concept whereas “partner” refers to a long-term relationship.

On of the most important issues which our Sales & Marketing Department has been focussing on is to feed our customers always with the new collection and to support with innovative creation.

• With our innovative and research oriented identity, we work closely with customers on research like fabrics, washing techniques etc. to be able to increase customer satisfaction and exhibit all the new products to customers in our showrooms. We maximize customer satisfaction with our model designs, and devoted teams for product development, and design. To be able to offer high quality service, besides improving our current technologies, we also conduct research studies abroad that we employ in our production to let our customers benefit from them. This enables us to be in close contact with our customers. This approach of us can also regarded as one of the indicators of how much we care for customer satisfaction.
